My wife theodora was interested in their diet plan but after paying realised the page was misleading and wanted a direct refund. this group are in Lithuania and are very clever crooks. eg: Only to receive an email saying how they understand how I feel, but too bad anyway more or less. The mediterranean diet plan for one month was only $32. Unfortunately, she was taken in by this company and their con ways where more money as in $159.00 was deducted for a lifetime membership. She has never used the app and will never use it. We want all memberships cancelled and our money returned. That is the right thing to do. They keep saying they do not refund, and we tried cancelling 3 minutes after we clicked on the 32 dollar a month button. she is still trying to get her money back. Totally taken for a ride I am afraid to say. they answer people saying just send us an email to cancel your subscription, but no refund of monies taken inappropriately from ones account. these people need to be stopped and reported. BEWARE

its so hard to find a company that really does give actual service. i have been using them for years as a sail and power boatie, they have it all but more than that so ultra helpful in finding solutions just this week i needed help to fix a problem with my jib furler ( very specific) but steve went out of his way to find the right products - this is not a one off - always the same

Scam - advertise closing down sale and photo of nice looking couple on site - reality is the 2 leather bags we bought were crappy plastic.

look at the youtube reviews - this stuff does not work - even the shallow scratches did not not improve at all

rip off - apparently Chris hemsworth made $200m out of selling the company. Looks good up front and apart from the lack of real concrete value their auto renew policy is not upfront.
automatically got a free subscription with my amex card and then auto renewed at $119.99. i had never used it.

Unfortunately Britannia parking seems to be symptomatic of the current trend to rip off travellers in UK.
We booked into one of their hotels, Roundhouse Bournemouth, which they also own as well as operate the parking which the hotel claimed was a 3rd party!! Firstly the carpark design and layout is ludicrous - the hotel is circular, so each parking space is a truncated wedge, with the narrow part where you enter, so every car, unless scrupulously centred is at danger of damage, and people were parking across 2 parks to be safe. Saturday night, we arrive at 9pm after travelling since 0930, check in and go to park the car. The hotel is full, and there are no spaces. I leave the carpark, inform reception. The parking ticket i get informs me i have been in there exactly 40 seconds over the free period. I appeal to Britannia, they have the evidence, the hotel and carpark were full, but they say the fine was properly issued, that i had parked (I never got to park) without paying!!
No grounds to appeal, says the robot which issued the notice - a human would have read the actual evidence.

I would never stay anywhere without checking on tripadvisor. I even use it for restaurants and even though some reviews can be out of line or biased you can pick up the trend easily. Invaluable.
