This company is the best it has always deliverd a first class service, I had a slight problem and while on the phone to the lovely young lady she had it sorted before the end of the phone call, and my replacement was with me the next morning, now that`s service for you and I would not use any body else so many thanks to you ..

One item came damaged a week ago now and nobody is interested in getting back to me ref a refund very poor service will not be using the range ever again this has happened to me twice now the first time they did refund me but this time it`s crap I have sent lots of email and contacted customer service and a week later I am still waiting

The product is great the delivery was terrible and customer service not great still waiting for a reply and found difficult to get to complain as well sent photos of damaged goods from DHL they are very poor no reply from you so next time if there is I would rather drive 60mile round trip as your service is poor

As we have been able to identify your order someone will be looking into your concern and will aim to get back to you with either a resolution or at least an update as soon as possible.
We aim to address those queries that have been the longest in waiting for a response. As such, the best way to ensure we reach your ticket as quickly as possible is to refrain from sending any follow up emails as this would send your ticket to the back of the queue as the system counts it as “updated”.
