Always a good experience but maybe that’s because I’m usually in and I’ve also got to know the delivery person over the years so when I’m not around she still gets the items to my door.

It was my 20 something children who suggested I should buy cocktails for their visit…at my expense of course!
Easy to order albeit I hadn’t heard of many of them apart from classics such as Whisky Sour and Gin Gimlet. Pretty good communication via email and hey presto a few days later they’re delivered to my doorstep.

My only complaint was I asked him to bring it up the stairs to my front door (one flight of 9 steps) to the first floor but he just left the parcel at the bottom of the stairs and was literally gone in a flash.

As the delivery person has been the same for quite a number of years we have built a rapport and therefore I know delivery will be efficient even if I’m not there in person to take the parcel.
