I’m sorry to hear that you feel this way. We understand that our pricing may not suit everyone, but we always encourage customers to contact us if they have any concerns so we can discuss the situation further and see if there’s anything we can do to help.

Just to clarify, the lower price you’re referring to was part of our special introductory offer for new customers, which you would have received during your first year with us. This is why the discounted rate is currently shown on our website for new members.

When your policy comes up for renewal, that introductory discount unfortunately comes to an end, as it is only available for the first year. This is because our underwriters provide this offer exclusively to new customers, and after the initial period the policy moves to the standard pricing.

Keep it simple

As long as you are in no hurry (takes ages) and the prescription is 'single' it's good value, try and go for varifocal and they get it wrong don't expect any help or your money back!!!!
