Special shout out to Carol at Metrobus…

Special shout out to Carol at Metrobus Crawley. My son left his phone on the bus, we reported it lost and within an hour Carol called back to say they had located it for us to collect. Great ambassador for the company, many thanks.

Disappointing

Ordered a pair of Nike specs, really poorly glazed, within an hour of receipt they were packaged for return (to be fair they handled this well).
Second, while the company has a .co.uk website, the tracking showed the glasses came from Milan to Frankfurt to UK and took almost 3 weeks.
Third despite me receiving a refund they continue to bombard me with requests for feedback - 3 so far.
Overall a disappointing experience, I did what I should have done in the first place and went to my local optician who delivered inside a week for £10 less.
EDIT: the company contacted me after the review and asked me to clarify my review. I therefore state as follows:
1. The quality of the product was poor and I had no second thoughts about returning it.
2. The customer service element was fine, and messages were always responded quickly.
3. The company clarified that the lenses are processed in Italy and Hong Kong. Up to them, however if I had known that I would not have bought to start with as there are plenty of UK suppliers.
I therefore think 3* is fair overall.

Very happy with the service

I'm very happy with the service received from Andrew Blatherwick. He manages my money like it is his own, which is always a good sign, and uses exactly the same investments that he uses for his own money. All totally transparent, with none of the hidden fees, commissions etc which are typical in Dubai. I would definitely recommend Andrew and AOP to any clients looking for a good, honest adviser that delivers results.

Bought tickets for ZZ Top last night and then got a bit nervous seeing some of the comments on here.

Printed the tickets off within about 2 mins of payment, straight in at the venue, great seats. All very good and I'd be happy to use them again.
