Unreliable based on erratic behaviour by staff

I would not book anything with this company. I live right by their offices and I see them behaving erratically, yelling drunk and aloud so defo I wouldn't want my travel experience to be managed by them. Be careful

Fraudulent company, be careful!

Be careful, this is a scam. I bought a painting that arrived damaged in a corner, so it looks like a used item and therefore I requested a partial refund as compensation. I wrote the seller as soon as I received the item. They took a whole week asking me to send more photos, from different angles without refunding. After that a whole week had passed, they wrote "we can see you had the item already for a whole week so we will not refund". Clearly FRAUDULENT Costumer Service and Company. KEEP YOUR SELF-RESPECT AS A BUYER and buy somewhere else as this Company will keep your money and send you damaged or used looking products.

This is a scam

This is a scam. They sent me a table which screw holes that do not align so now I can't make the table steady and won't be able to use it. I sent pictures and requested a return with refund but they refused. If u buy from them you might also receive an unusable item and won't be able to return it. buy somewhere else!

They don't enforce anything and let crime happen left and right

I reported illegal drug use in my building, gave clear evidence and was told on the phone (101) to call back next time when the crime was in progress so the police can send a patrol immediately. I did so the next day and Grace with number C750353 was extremely rude, unsympathetic and unhelpful. She changed the information given on my first call, and refused to send a patrol. Instead she sent me a link to report this somewhere else! She said the police could not do anything else, so basically any criminal can break the law as they please since the police are not doing anything to either prevent or fight crime. Why are we citizens paying taxes to have police "enforcement"? They don't enforce anything and let people break the law left and right without any action. And this is supposed to be a first world country?

They never answer the phone

I will certainly end my contract with EE and go somewhere else. I need to move my broadband to a new home and I have called at least 7 times, and every time no one answers the phone or I am told to wait 30 mins listening to horrible music. I will have to cancel my direct debit since I will not pay for poor service. A Company that that doesn't hire enough customer service staff does not care for their customers. The fact they think it is ok to ask customers to wait 30 minutes on the phone, shows how poor their service and standards are. Much easier to go with another option. Shame on you EE

SCAM WARNING!

SCAM WARNING! I received an email from 2 staff members, both confirming a viewing for 11am. Me and my wife went there. We waited and waited. I sent emails (no mobile number was provided) asking where was the agent. No one came so we left. We have seen 10 flats at least and only this company completely failed to do their jobs and provide the service they advertised. Time wasters.

Unprofessional time wasters

I had a very bad experience with Pernilla Johansson who was supposed to be the middle person in an offer I made for a flat. It felt like I was bargaining in a ill-reputed bazaar in the middle east. It took whole 2.5 days to hear about a decision on the offer. She took whole days to update on progress. I messaged and call her several times in the morning without any reply. Then at the end of day 1, the offer supposedly was rejected, next morning she said it was back on the table, then off again. By day 2 I had already lost interest and was looking somewhere else. That lack of professionalism has no place in England. A second agent Romi Borthwick was unresponsive as well when trying to confirm a date/time for viewing. A full day without reply and then only 1 hr before the viewing was due she finally replied (by which time of course I already had other viewings booked). Total waste of time. I have already secured a new home with another agent. I went to see the flat, next day we had an offer accepted and shook hands. That is how professionals do it. John Payne are time wasters, so save your money and time and book with a serious and respectful agent instead.

Veey poor customer service by EU service standards

They don't speak English, customer service doesn't reply. This is a 3rd world company and if you want a pleasant trip you better avoid them. You will not get any help in case u need it. I have a disability and requested help with special assistance and seats. I was told twice I should reveive a reply via email within 5 working days. Never heard from them. On the phone their staff was very rude and kept interrupting me while I was explaining my problem. Will not fly with them again

Extremely rude and unprofessional

Richard Hodgson was extremely rude and unprofessional. I arrived for a viewing in Canary Wharf, and upon meeting him he got into his mobile complaining about the hello neighbour app. I had to wait like 5 minutes before he sorted whatever he was doing and got off the phone to finally show me the flat. He made comments about the Asian current tenants which bordered on racist (the flat was very smelly). I asked for info about the building and he had no idea. "Ask the concierge" was his reply. Even though I went by myself to see the flat he pushed me to tell him my partner's name. I told him that was private and didn't see why he needed their details unless we made an offer. He got all grumpy and ignored me from then on. I asked him "should I let my self out then?". He didn't even answer so I had to leave the flat and find my way out of the building on my own. If the agency hires people like this, then that reflects on their own poor standard of service and lack of professionalism. Beware if they manage your property.

Extremely unprofessional customer service

Just spoke with CS for a refund due to me long ago. CS didn't do their jobs right and the refund wasn't actioned. I spent 45 mins on the phone, for the second time, trying to get at least a written acknowledgement by BA confirming the refund so at least if it is not done again, I won't have to call again and can just send an email with the confirmation attached. CS supervisor Vijay refused to send such a record and very unprofessionally tried to instruct me into the futility of sending BA a complain, raising it with a supervisor (basically saying BA couldn't care less about their customers when the company makes a mistake and if they can keep money that is due to the client, then the client should just accept that and remain quiet). He also mocked me when I said I was going to leave bad reviews and I explained that even if BA doesn't care about their customers rights and complains about poor service, it is the right of any person that pays for a service, to leave reviews online to help others avoid such bad service even if Vijay and BA think it is a waste of time. Thankfully we live in an era that actually cares about what customers have to say (unlike BA's policy) an era of Tripadvisor, trustpilot and other sites where we customers can help each other avoid bad experiences like this. You would thing a brand like BA would have professional CS, but it is a complete mess there.

Very shady and dodgy company, not to be trusted.

Very unprofessional. They did the inventory for a flat I moved into and the info in it is completely false and inaccurate. Phani was extremely rude and uncivilized when I asked questions about the inventory and the clerk left the flat in a hurry, before I could go in and check the rooms with him and without even showing me the meters so I could take readings. Very shady and dodgy company, not to be trusted. If there was an option here to ad photos, I could show the awful state of the flat when I moved in yet the report falsely states that all is in good condition and that the flat was professionally cleaned and handled (there were spider webs, utilities and light bulbs not working, loose door handles, rotten and rusty furniture, extremely dirty balcony etc) Not reliable and honest at all.

Worse property management experience in 20 years in London

I have been living in London almost 20 years and this is the worse property management I have experienced. Concierges and managers do very little and actually seem to have no responsibilities at all. I recently moved to a property managed by ENCORE and because I have a disability in one leg, having access to the building swimming pool to so exercises is very important for me. I asked them for access asap and gave them plenty of notice of my arrival date and circumstances. Apart from no one replying to emails/calls (even though there are 5 concierges here) it took them like 3 weeks to reply to me (after much chasing) and the reply came so late that now I have to wait with leg pain for another 2 weeks to finally start with hydrotherapy and feel better. No one apologised, I asked to speak to the Manager and no one replied. I emailed ENCORE for an explanation. No one replied. Seriously, no wonder the service is so poor since that lazy attitude comes from the top.

We understand that in advance of your move into the development as a rental tenant, you emailed the on-site team directly to seek to organise access to the facilities. We apologise that your email was not responded to in a timely manner by the temporary on-site staff. We have refreshed the training when temporary concierge staff are working at the development.

We understand the team have been in contact with you and your access has now been arranged.

Before residents can use the facilities, they need to have received a safety induction which is carried out by a third party, which they come to site to do in person. Unfortunately, an induction booking can only be arranged with this third party once a resident has actually moved in and is registered on the system at the development.

Should you have any queries in future, please do not hesitate to contact your Estate Manager or letting agent. We hope you enjoy living at the development.

Aggressive staff, deceiving tactics

BEWARE!I Specsavers as a company is unreliable as they trick customers into trying the glasses on their display, charge them for their choice but then they deliver glasses that are different. They will use any deceiving means to try to get the customer to accept a product that is not what the customer paid for. I collected sun glasses at the Tottenham court road store and experienced very aggressive behaviour by manager Ovi. First of all, the order was for grey tint and the glasses he gave me had a blue tint. Second, the glasses fit was nothing like the ones I tried in store (before the order, the glasses were firm and tight around the head, but I received glasses that were extremely loose). Ovi kept interrupting me when I was explaining what was the problem, cutting me short, saying he would not apologise for the mistake and he even lied right to my face saying the blue tint "was a kind of grey". I said I would grab the pair I tried before from the stands in the store to show him that it was not true as grey looks completely different and only then, he acknowledged there had been a mistake and proceeded to do what a proper professional manager should do, which is to fix the problem and order new lenses and glasses, correctly, as per the order. Shocking! It's like the black market there!

Extremely negative atmosphere

What a negative place! We went for a xmas dinner here and it was horrible. On the same night (xmas week) they had this "poetry" night which basically was a bunch of angry and miserable people barking, screaming and complaining on a mic about the genocide of this and that people, rape and kidnapping, tory defecation (while people are eating) constant swearing, etc. We couldn't even talk and enjoy our xmas dinner since the mic was incredibly loud and the screaming was non-stop. We left of course and we are never coming back. I never went to such a negative place in my life. On top of that the food and service is very poor. If one doesn't call the staff, they never come to offer service, as other reviews say here as well.

Customer service as bad as it can be from Adam.Tui website returned an error msg when I sent them a payment. I called to get help as this person was very rude and interrupted constantly while I was explaining what happend. TUI should select their workers better. Now I can't recommend TUI to other people as they will not get good support.

Very dangerous

It's very dangerous to play with people you don't know. There are dirty players who can cause serious harm and there is no filter for who join the games. I have seen an ambulance arriving to take a player to the hospital with a broken foot (twisted in 90 degrees to the side) and I myself had to get surgery after being kicked from behind and will have a disability for life. Better to play with colleagues or mates you know well. Stay safe

Drivers threat to kidnap and leave passengers stranded

Driver was incredibly unprofessional. Bolt confirmed a pick up in 5 mins. After 3 mins of waiting, the car didn't move on the map so I texted the driver to know if there was traffic or any problem. After 3 mins and no reply, the car still didn't move. I asked again for a reply which never came. The car finally arrived, and the first thing I got when I got in, was a raving driver complaining about me messaging him. I told him the Bolt app does include in the service the option to text drivers (as if for instance there is traffic and the driver will be late a passenger can cancel and find alternatives) and that if he doesn't like being texted he should work for another company that doesn't allow that. He ordered me to get off the car right there and then. I said I paid for the service and waited for the car and so now he had to do his job and complete the journey. He said he would drive away with me in the car if I didn't get off and I said I would then call the Police for kidnapping. Finally, most probably to cover himself form such a charge, he stopped the car and called the police himself but when the operator asked him why he didn't want to complete the journey he had no valid answer. The operator asked him to give me his mobile and told me to complain to Bolt later, gave me a police case number and advised me to better get off the car. Afterwards, I sent a complain to Bolt with this info. Nothing happened, which only proves how dangerous this Company is as they have no civilized ways for business nor treating customers. They don't care if you are treated like rubbish or if their drivers don't do their jobs and let customers stranded or if they just take you in their car anywhere. Very dangerous. Stay away.
