Absolute joke of a company! talkabout rip off britain at its best. Parking eye should be regulated they should not be allowed to throw ridiculous fines out like they do.
I parked in Westhoughton, I went to the pay machine (which they could clearly see on the cameras) to paid and asked for a receipt as people have told me about this company, I got a receipt and put it straight in my purse. I was parked for 17 mins whilst I called for a sandwich in the town. I then rec'd a parking fine for £60.00 or £100.00if not paid within time frame. I got my receipt out which I hadn't looked at previously to find that the payment hadn't gone through my bank which I do not know why when there was money in there. I feel they have set this up on purpose because I am not the only one that this has happened to so they can throw out fines. I could understand a small fine if need be but people can not afford to pay £60 or £100 these days you are killing the town centres, I will never park in a Parking Eye car park again nor call in Westhoughton again. They need regulating.

A guy so called Peter called to purchase my car asked all the right questions about the car then asked my address and arranged a time. alarm bells started when he said he was a genuine buyer and was happy with the car price and would buy on the day if I do the car history check as he was worried about purchasing without it, then sent me a link! Being suspicious about the link I went on a website I know and did the check myself and sent him a screen shot to say it had passed, he then became adamant he wanted it from THIS website only, so I told him either pay himself or don’t bother he texted a few times saying he was genuine so I blocked him.
Do not use this site it’s a scam.

I did not initially sign the document as I was wary as to what I was signing up to.
I spoke to Stuart who give me lots of help and advise on what this claim was all about that I had seen all over Facebook, what was this faulty DPF? After speaking to Stuart he answered all my questions and concerns and I was then more than happy to sign up. Thank you Stuart for going the extra mile, I would certainly recommend this company 100%.

Easy viewing with no hard sales pitch just showing us what the different beds. quick and easy sale.

This is the second year we have stated at Balcony Belle and it feels so homely we love it.. The views are amazing especially at breakfast time over the beach. The front room makes the apartment what it is, the design and the large floor windows giving you a panoramic view over the beautiful beach is breath taking, all the other rooms really need some modernisation but it won't stop us from booking again next year. A few little things need doing ie only 1 bulb left working in the main bedroom. The door handle to the front room is still broke from last year and not good when you have small children as this fell off and landed near her foot and its a big brass knob. Overall we love the apartment there is something really specially about it, we'd love to buy it.
