I used to a regular shopper with Wilko, not anymore. I ordered a few things for my garden, paint and brushes for fences, only no paint ever arrived, I had then to chase order, then continue to chase my refund with multiple customer service agent's. That was May 2026, I haven’t been back ordering anything ever since.

All round excellent products and service. I have bought quite a few products from 3 fat Cats and my cats love them. I have recommended them to a few people and they have raved about how great the furniture was.

I’ve used Wayfair for many years now and can honestly say they are great, I’ve never had any issues getting my parcels either. Please keep up the great work.

I’ve bought a few sofas and tables on their website. One sofa bed was awful quality, with hard cushions, give it away to a dog owner as after two months of sitting on it, I could feel the wood base through the cushions. Bought another sofa in October 25 and it’s ok but it’s now Jan 26 and little old me is regretting another purchase from this company. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything else from them.

A wonderful company with first rate high quality cardboard cat furniture and quality toys and gifts for a cat owners. I couldn’t rate them more for everything cat related. Amazing company from purchase to delivery within days. Kim & Co really have been a highly recommended seller for many years.
