New implant better. Good service.

New implant much improved over my old one - fits better, much more comfortable and less obvious than the old one. I can hear more clearly.
Fitted quickly.

Very good service

Very good service. The changeover was very smooth, the price is good and I've only lost the connection once and it was quickly restored. Wish that I had gone to Premitel and VoIP a few years ago, but a house move and keeping our old number was important for continuity.

Updates not received. No proof of where they delivered, but it was not to my block of flats.

Fortunately a neighbour knew me and brought it round.

Could be better

Could be better. I wanted to speak to someone. A Bot Chat took ages. A quick chat with a human would have taken moments but I didn't get a call back. The problem was sorted, but it took the Bot and me far too long. I am a full time carer and don't have time to spare. Not pleased on any time I've tried to get help.

Confusion!

Yodel originally told me that it had been delivered when it wasn't. At the same time someone tried to hand me a parcel that was for another address further down the road. I complained and a few hours later my own parcel arrived.

I hope the issue has now been resolved…

I hope the issue has now been resolved but since I moved home back in June I have received several bills for electricity supply to my old property, not helped by being addressed to the Owner Occupier which the current occupier forwarded to me. Unfortunately the text read Dear Mr... so the occupier thought it was for me.

Service great. Containers not so

Service, price and delivery excellent but the containers really weren't as I had hoped. I had hoped that they would remain safely closed when filling the feeders. So I have made my own scoops from narrow drink bottles and that fixed the problem.

All your drivers

All your drivers, in my experience, have been very pleasant and helpful. Notices of arrival times have generally been very accurate.
I'm always pleased to learn that a company has chosen DPD as their carrier of choice.

Looks great, fair price, speedy delivery

The quality was good as usual, the complex embroidery looked great (a between wars biplane with complex patterns and a radio aerial) giving a lovely impression of an aircraft flying against a cloudless sky on one.
They were delivered within the estimated time frame for a bespoke design.

Good welcome - but think about foreign drivers

Good welcome, explained what was going to happen, time of the break and a time it would end. Lots of good participation but you need to take into consideration a foreign couple - one of whom had very poor understanding of English and consider how you can tailor a course to meet their needs. Some participants had not angled their equipment so they could be seen properly - it looked as if they were lying in bed, but I enjoyed it and got a lot our of it and hope to avoid being caught speeding again.

Unable to claim on health policy

It was fine, but I was called before my last pair of glasses two years ago, so wasn't able to make a claim for the cost on my medical insurance which only allows me to make a claim two years later. I will have to check for that in future. Otherwise four stars.

Speedy service and great prices

Speedy service and great prices. This is about the third or maybe fourth camera body that I've bought as well as lenses and extenders from Cotswold Cameras. Delivery takes about a week or so from the date of your order, but it is quickly acknowledged, and once your kit is despatched from the warehouse you will receive tracking information. My orders usually arrive the following day.
