This is the second time we have been to the Dough pizza restaurant Kingsmead Square Bath, we have eaten at their Corridor restaurant but much prefer it here. We were served by 3 young women who were very pleasant and attentive, the food was excellent and the prices are reasonable. Draft lager or cider would be a plus though, they only serve bottled.

I asked a question and it was answered straight away.

Smooth transaction, order ready very quickly, ready before I was, will buy from again no problem.

Ordered a Solar garden water feature 1st May sent 2 e.mails with no reply - I had to get Paypal involved to kick their backside - still waiting its been 12 days so far - just had mail from Hermes that they now have it - first and last order from Chums Ltd thats for sure

The showroom was well stocked, at no point did we feel hurried or harassed by salesmen - every stage of the purchase was explained - at no point were extra's pushed on us 5 star for staff training

I wasn't going to buy from this company because I had sent them an e.mail question and didn't receive a reply – however, comparing prices and quality with other companies and with the encouragement of my other half, I decided to give them a go, And I'm pleased that I did.
I'm happy with the craftsmanship and the easy to follow instruction it took the both of us about 3 hours to put together. They delivered when they said they would and the delivery guys were very friendly and helpful. I would buy from again no problem.
