Ordered a light fixture online - got an email 10 mins later saying that I needed to call them before order could be purchased. Called but was on hold for more than 10mins so then put a request in for them to call me back (which they did 45mins later)

They said it was to verify my card against third party information. They asked for previous addresses which is fine but as i don't share much information with third parties they'd also need to do a penny test on another card. I didn't feel comfortable sharing this information with them so they cancelled my order.

What annoys me more is that I was arranging delivery to a store- could they not have just checked my ID instore! Will not be purchasing from them again! Get better online security in place for processing payments.

Great app - booked a Brazilian blow through them for half the normal price. Was also able to re-schedule the appointment easily using the re-schedule feature.
