I tried confused.com too but they wouldn’t/ couldn’t provide me with a quote as they have a specific site for vans. Go. Compare have it all in one place and make it simple. I’ll use go compare as my default from now on

Greenlinc plumbing & renewables came to…

Greenlinc plumbing & renewables came to us from 2 recommendations from colleagues. They were totally professional and not only would I recommend the system we have had fitted but also the team that fitted it. Absolute trust in all aspects of their work and the fitting team Brendon & Josh are two of the nicest lads you could wish to meet. A credit to the company. Caitlin made the initial onsite assessment and continued with all the admin and office based needs but very pleased to see her make an onsite visit on completion. This team deserve all the praise and more. Even the scaffold team arrived promptly and carried out all the work in a timely safe manner and again come highly recommended. If anyone is considering solar panels this team will perform. A++++++++

The engineer arrived at the agreed time…

The engineer arrived at the agreed time after a phone call a short time before his arrival. He proceeded to search/investigate the suspected leak and when it looked like it could be a faulty water meter he continued his search to confirm there was in fact a very small leak that needed attention. He dug down in the clay and located the leak before removing a piece of damaged pipe and replacing with new. The leak was quickly fixed and no more wasted water which we were paying for. Darren Rutter was totally professional and very amiable, a pleasure to have him working at my property. I can heartily recommend Homeserve for all but especially emergency plumbing needs. I'm now considering having my electricity supply insured under them.

Always polite and very helpful

Always polite and very helpful. We have made a good few purchases at the Lincoln branch and dare say we will be visiting again in the future. The prices are always great but when we dropped on a showroom disposal we were eager to make the purchase and we got a fantastic deal.

Very helpful staff

We arrived looking for one small item, namely a snuggle chair, of which SCS had many to choose from. The staff were very patient and attentive even though it was not going to be a massive sale for them we attracted the same care and attention without being to overbearing. David was our sales assistant and was very professional and customer based at all times. We will definitely use SCS again in the future

country in lockdown Hastings remained professional

Even though the country was in lockdown and I was a new customer Hastings were more than happy and capable to look after my requirements and did so with total expertise. Not only that but where my current insurers had given me a ridiculous renewal quote Hastings beat it with ease. Totally professional and above others.

Dreadful attitude to customer service all the way

I purchased a leather suite and the chair became very loose and the frame work damaged the leg/foot part of the recliner. As it was just outside the 1 year guarantee the engineer called and repaired the chair saying it looked like a design fault and had never seen a case like it. Shortly after this the chair began to disintegrate again, As it was just over the year point again the call centre refused to book a call out unless I paid £75 call out fee. I was also informed that as I had declined the extended warranty I would not be able to claim this back. I do not think a 1 year guarantee for an expensive suite and such a major purchase is acceptable and also believe the chair to be faulty in the production and build. The chair is suffering further with a broken cable(possibly understandable) and broken seat supports(not acceptable) I asked the Lincoln branch to assist where I purchased the suite to be informed they could not change the decision or help further. The manager of the branch became very aggressive and abusive when I suggested I would consider sitting outside his shop on my faulty chair to show potential customers the poor quality of their goods. I do not believe it to be fair treatment and I am not being unreasonable to expect such a major purchase to last longer than 2 and half years. We have no children at home and we look after every thing we have. I will not be purchasing any more furniture from SCS ever again and will be advising all family, friends and colleagues to swerve the retailer at every point. VERY POOR Customer service from all areas.

Exceptional service easy process

Boiler juice offer an exceptional service with many delivery options. For a very small additional cost you could have an emergency delivery within hours. If like me you keep a close eye on your oil levels and can opt for regular delivery then I feel sure you will not beat the price. With the easy to set up tank account you can budget for the cost of your oil on a monthly basis. As the cost of heating oil has gone down recently I found myself with a very healthy balance on my account, this was another aspect to the account which was made very easy when I withdrew surplus funds and returned it to my bank account. The delivery drivers are always professional and courteous.
