Not only are the cocktails fabulous (husbands opinion, he was gifted for birthday), but as the purchaser I absolutely applaud their customer service. My first package was damaged in the post, and it was replaced immediately- by a genuinely friendly caring customer service agent. Best customer service ANYWHERE! and as I said my husband says the cocktails are spectacular. 5 stars and then some from us!

Jet 2 are a well oiled machine. From booking to arriving in the resort, your staff have it nailed! If you added Aberdeen to your departure list it would make you even better! We travel to Glasgow (nearest to Aberdeen) & always have to stay over at airport hotel there and back due to flight times as not appropriate to be driving through the night to get to and from Glasgow for flights….

Easy to upload photo to card. Easy process altogether. Good value for personalised card. Only negative was my card took 3 full working days to be delivered, 1st class, so missed the persons actual birthday...

Shower seal arrived in 5days, in cardboard tube - great packaging - and postage was free so great service. Seal exactly as on website, and good quality. Came with note giving fitting tips and how to get more help if needed from website. So many firms could learn a lot from them in customer service and product quality. Will definitely use again whenever seal needs renewed:0)
