Impressively efficient and professional.

Whole process very simple, with excellent communication and rapid delivery. An unexpected change to the delivery details was handled quickly and efficiently by the staff, and I was impressed by the professionalism with which they handled the change.

Problems at CurrencyFair

As a follow-up, CurrencyFair did make contact some days ago. The funds have been returned, and the issue has now been fully resolved. There were uncharacteristic delays in contact during this period of handover to the Australian bank, but the original issue was caused by the change of bank and IBAN details. I hope and assume that the excellent service will be resumed very shortly (if not already).

Error in labels

Error in labels; the address label was not produced. The message was to leave for an hour and will be rectified. Next day, still not produced. Tried Live Help but no help forthcoming. Cancelled the order and set up a new order. Not able to set up collection till several days later, thus letting end customer down. Same problem on new order. No-one to contact. As a business, I need a reliable shipper. Obviously not Parcelforce.

So far

So far, very happy. The site is easy and quick to use, the price is easy to understand and must surely beat any competitive product on the market. I have been using them on a regular basis now and will continue to do so, though I should elaborate that so far I have not had to make a claim for loss which of course is the base for making a full comprehensive review. I would feel quite confident however that this would not be an issue.

Money lost with Parcel2go

I lost a lot of money with Parcel2go. Chose UPS as courier to deliver a small package to USA. Was not able to insure the package owing to the inadequacies of the Parcel2go system. Shipped 27 July. Package delayed so initiated investigation and claim to Parcel2go on August 5. After several weeks waiting, was promised a reply within a week. Did not happen and despite several emails was not contacted again by Parcel2go until September 8 when told package was lost. Shocking service. Only solution of course is never to deal with them again, also never to use UPS again. My advice to anyone else would be to do the same.

Help desk response

I completed the forms and booked a courier but it later became apparent there was a problem with the drop-off point on a time critical order. I contacted the help centre and was immediately connected to an operator, Hebba, who immediately understood the problem and very quickly managed to sort labels and order details through to an alternative courier. Very pleased with the service and actually far better and more responsive than dealing with courier direct.

Very cautious to start with in view of possibility for fraud when dealing with an unknown company, but having made several transactions I have no problems. Everything went absolutely smoothly and is by far superior to the service offered by banks. And less expensive.

More than satisfied.

I have to say I was very wary when deciding whether to order with this, unknown to me, internet company but in view of the cost saving, I decided to take the plunge, especially since payment was through Paypal with the back up of their payment protection. Actually, all went very smoothly, item arrived a few days later after clear tracking details. All in the box was exactly as described and I registered the camera and lens on Nikon site with no problems. The camera and lens have been working wonderfully. I would be happy to order again. Top marks and more than happy to recommend.
