Transformation !!! From around 5 years ago I had to contact LBA re a parking issue and waited 4 days for a curt reply
This time I asked for a prebooked parking issue to change and I had the reply in 24 hours. Delightful almost personal reply which was polite,funny and sorted my issue perfectly ! What a transformation

Never dealt with Finest Car Mats before. Ordered rubber mats for GR Yaris and they were delivered within 5 days. They fit perfectly and are great quality AND at a great price . There was no messing about from order to delivery

The feeders are great and solved our problem with squirrels damaging all other ( cheaper) type of feeders.
They are a tad expensive but i have 2 that are 4 years old and still working perfectly.
I recently got the "fat ball" feeder which works well enough but the small birds we attract dont seem to be attracted to the suet balls - they must be getting a bit choosy !

We purchased a new upright SC3 domestic floor steamer having had 4 shark machines in the past 6 years. All the sharks ended up faulty but they eventually got replaced/repaired but we were sick of chasing them

The Karcher SC3 worked splendidly for a total of approx 5 hours use over 9 weeks and then it stopped producing steam

We got on the Karcher helpline spoke to a human being who were most efficient, the machine was collected and returned 10 days later and now it seems to work again.
We did have to contact the helpline to ask what had been found, apparently it had a new pump and nozzle fixed ! After 5 hours use ??

The repair process was brilliant ,lets hope the machine now performs

The workshop undertook the work efficiently , on time and returned the rim in "as new" condition. No complaints at all
