Received my order in less than 24hrs. Totally unexpected. The part was as described & securely packaged. It was also cheaper than other companies. I have bought from Rangemoors previously and will buy from them again. Thank you.
Disappointing. Not as useful or as intuitive as I had hoped. For example, searching for information that I KNOW exists, FMP tells me that it doesn't or that there are no records when, in fact, I have found & confirmed the record elsewhere. Unfortunately I'm committed to using it for a year having paid for a subscription up front.

I only use B&Q if I'm really desperate. Poor quality products, particularly DIY products and I can certainly buy cheaper elsewhere. This review is based on 2 local stores, Swansea & Llanelli.
Excellent delivery time and a reliable product (home results tally with that of local GP).

Steve arrived a little earlier than the projected time slot & wisely checked that I was at home before bringing the parcel from the van and it was pouring with rain.
I ordered an item around 11am and received it the following day, less than 22 hrs later. I'm not suggesting this will happen with every order but the customer service / contact was excellent. I particularly appreciated the little extras; the paint swatches are going to be very useful. The price of the item I purchased was, by far, the cheapest I found. I will definitely buy from Kent Models again and will be doing so within the next week.
Erasure gig (Cardiff). First gig since the pandemic. Ticketmaster kept me well informed about covid restrictions, particularly about using a Covid pass helping to allay any concerns or confusion. Well done.
Absolutely outstanding service! I was kept fully informed of the process of my order. The company even apologised in advance advising of possible delays to my order. As it turned out, there were none and the items were delivered as promised. Excellent quality product too!
Been a Virgin customer for many, many years.......since it was NTL actually but I must be honest and say that I would not recommend them. Constant broadband drop outs, very poor customer service and absolutely no respect for customer loyalty especially when new subscribers are offered upgrades that I would have to pay more for. Very recently I received an email from Virgin thanking me for changing my package. The thing is that I haven't! Virgin are yet to offer me an explanation for this. Avoid Virgin at all costs.

An item ordered for home delivery on the date advised which, under current circumstances, I can appreciate. However, I think an update from Wilko would have been helpful, particularly as the item ordered is expensive. The only communication I have received was a request to answer a satisfaction survey on an item I haven't received! Not happy.
Easy & relaxed! Just purchased a car from TJ Car Sales - one I have been thinking about for some weeks. They have been extremely helpful and have been courteous and relaxed through the whole process (which was carried out without fuss). I used Crocus because they were one of the very few companies that stocked an item I wanted and at a very good price. Basically I wanted to try a heritage variety of Broad Bean. Other companies were charging silly prices for a small number of seeds. Not so Crocus. Delivery was very prompt too. Shan't hesitate to use Crocus again.
