Exactly what I ordered.

Exactly what I ordered and very easy to ordeer it.
I would say allow plenty time for delivery because mine did arrive a somewhat late but it arrive which not the fault of the plastic people that would be the courier company (not Evri) ,but when it did arrive it was spot on so that made up for it.
I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I will never use the online service…

I will never use the online service again.
I didnt receive half of my order.
I had very little information about when would be delivered.
Some the orders took upto 2 weeks to arrive.
I had to keep chasing b&q for my orders and didn't get much help there until I escalated with a manager then I took a long time to be refunded wich I had to chase that.
I won't be using b&q anymore not even to shop in store because of the self checkout system they use, I had about £600 of stuff to checkout and a lot of it was big & bulky and thee staff just stood there watching and chatting to themselves. Poor customer service 👎

Terrible

Terrible, once again i am waiting on a parcel which was dispatched from the retailer 1st of January 2024
I wouldn't be surprised if this one goes missing as well.

Evri is a useless seless currior company.

Useless currior company, avoid like the plague. But the people who deliver the parcels in my experience are great even though they work for such a bad company. I have so much more to say about this company so I suggest you shop asking me to give a review for them.

This review is about the depot…

This review is about the sorting depot not the people who deliver your parcels.
My previous experience wasn't good when they were hermes and hasn't improved with there re-branding.
I did give a positive review of EVRI but then they lost a £500 order of my which I made on 19/01/24 and I only received 2 days ago and that was because I had to cancel the previous and reorder IT. Not good EVRI.

Great customer service.

I had a problem with pricing on a item I purchased and the JACAMO representative sorted it for me, he was very patient and and understanding with my problem. It's people like him and all the other representatives that make me come back.

Arrived a lot sooner than expected and it was a good delivery, very professional. Quality of the product looks very good as I have not installed them yet. I wood definitely buy from them again.

How do they get contracts.

I can only speak from experience and mine isn't very good 3 times now I was expecting a parcel to be delivered by EVRI and 3 times I have had delays.
I just found out this company was Hermes which I had bad experiences with. I will not be shopping from ebay anymore.

Lazy driver.

You delivered to my neighbour who is not to be trusted and also there was no need to do that as I was in at the time he delivered.

Customer service is poor

2 out of the 5 plants I bought developed some kind of mould on them and I call for some help and the customer service person I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about I finally got some advice from another smaller online nursery. I wouldn't buy from them again
