Unable to give this infuriating platform zero stars

Temu drives me insane. I've installed the app several times, only to bin it again in total disgust.
Pop up overload, rubbish games, tasks, offers. Anything but finding what I want and buying it.
I've given up without ever making a purchase

No change 4 years on

Despite my misgivings I looked again at Artemis / SPA PCP air rifles.
I visited three busy midlands based gun dealers who utterly dismissed offering me any Snowpeak products because of the dreadful spares & service experience they have with Sports Marketing SMK.
I bought a Walther instead.
PS. As a follow up on my M11 saga:
I eventually emailed SPA in China and got better service from them than I ever did from SMK. They even shipped spares to me in the UK direct from China.
Thanks for nothing SMK

This reply genuinely baffles me, as we work with all leading retailers in the Birmingham Area. I would love to here who these gun dealers are that are not stocking SPA products.

I'm also amazed that you are able to get gun spares sent in the post as a non registered firearms dealer. I'm guessing that Customs just waved your parcel through with no confirmation? Or is that fictious like the rest of your claims?

This is clearly not a customer of ours, as we only supply to bona fide, liscenced Gun Shops of which this individual is not...My guess being a bitter competitor.

Hermes Evri still rubbish service

Please don't bother to use this company. The name has changed from Hermes to Evri but that's all, unless it's actually worse than before.
They got the pick up address wrong by somehow mixing it up with the destination address, (twice) the excuse being that this is a foible of their automated emailing system.
Their automated telephone answering service didn't work, repeatedly failing to recognise the spoken reference number.
They didn't reply as promised by phone to my complaints.
Finally in desperation I dropped the parcel off at a local collection point.
They now owe me a refund on the surcharge they charged for home collection, but I hold no hope of ever receiving it.
In short, their service is rubbish and stressful to engage with.
No zero star option sadly as I would have not hesitated to use it.

Their equipment has transformed the enjoyment of our rural static caravan.

Dreadful – avoid!

Utterly, unspeakably dreadful.
Handing your keys over to them is as sensible as signing a blank cheque.
The final bill after two additional unitemised,unexplained text demands for incremental payments was more than double the original quote.
£25 extra for a sump plug & gasket?? “But Renault stipulate that“, great, but you quoted for a service on a Renault, not a Lada you dummies!
I refused all but two of the huge number of “advisories“ which would have jacked the bill up much much higher.
Never ever again will I use this service route, and strongly recommend that you should not be tempted by their totally fictitious web prices.

Buyer beware

I would give zero stars if this site allowed it. My Artemis M11 wouldn't cock reliably. It went back to SMK via the retailer and returned to me in worse condition. I took it to an independent gunsmith who found several severe faults and fixed them at my expense. SMK will only say "warranty invalidated" like a cracked record. Then they accused me of tampering with the gun and creating the original fault, which I emphatically did not. I will end up with a Chinese PCP for the price of a Weihrauch HW100. Beware, be warned, buy a better brand.

Consider CEX first

Check your prices before buying or selling but in general CEX is a great company to deal with. If you buy on line rather than in a store their returns policy fulfillment is second to none. If wishing to buy I always check CEX first because of their 24 month warranty, which is so much more comforting than taking a step in the dark buying something off eBay.

70-300mm Nikkor lens

I purchased a 70-300mm Nikkor lens for my Nikon DSLR. When I made the order I specifically stipulated that I expected a lens hood to be included. When the lens was delivered there was a hood, which was too small for the lens! Poor show. I returned the lens to my nearest branch for a refund.

Olympus E-450 four thirds DSLR camera

I bought my Olympus E-450 four thirds DSLR camera from CEX for two reasons, one, CEX give great service before, during, and after the sale takes place, and two, coupledwith the Zuiko Digital 25mm F/2.8 pancake lens I also bought from CEX, this tiny Olympus four thirds DSLR feels like a compact camera in the hand. I am a very pleased regular customer.

CEX inspire total confidence

I have bought and sold various items with CEX and have been extremely satisfied with every experience. Most of the items I purchased were totally satisfactory, but when there was an issue, the response from CEX was rapid, and resolved the problem immediately and without any quibble. I will continue to deal with CEX with confidence.
