Seamus recently undertook a structural survey for a property I was considering purchasing. A day or so after completing the survey I received a call to confirm it had gone ahead, with the extremely thorough (120+ pages) report following within the 8 working day timeframe as promised.

The report broke down the required work into different sections, with over 100 photographs (including excellent aerial photography of upper level walls/chimneys/roof). The traffic light system is easy to understand and I appreciated the fact that within each section the type of contractor required to complete the work was highlighted, plus relevant sign off/approval.

Seamus is polite and warm and could not have been more helpful. Money well spent!

My glasses arrived last week and I am very happy with them. Huge array of frames to choose from and entering your prescription details couldn't be simpler. Always great customer service!
