Very happy. I order and they deliver without fuss. I'd not know they had been apart from the delivery note. All the staff I have spoken to are friendly and helpful.

You sent Gatwick tickets but didn’t say which terminal. I think many folk buy flights based on cost so a huge disappointment to have to pay to book two seats together.

I get marketing emails. I have used this company and would be happy to continue doing so but when I ask for a quote, I am told they do not deliver to my area!
So, understandably, I am frustrated and wonder why they bother contacting me if they wouldn’t fulfill an order! This makes me think they are totally disorganised.

I haven’t got it yet. The email advising delivery hasn’t arrived. The delivery number is refused by your tracker system. The chat line just isn’t able to cope with my query. It’s really difficult to use too!

Good driver who was careful getting the pipe into the tank and made the delivery quiet and efficient. I over estimated the amount to fill and the driver put in as much as he could while allowing for expansion and explained how the accounting would accommodate this which is really useful.
It would be good to have a call or text the day before delivery so I could be sure all was ready, but that aside I was very pleased. Thanks.

It was a good price but had to be delivered in two parts as one item was out of stock -this was not mentioned at time of ordering so in all took over two weeks to arrive. Not good as it was needed to finish a building project. Getting hold of anyone was almost impossible - the all too often 'all our agents are busy'. With a bit more interaction via email or phone it would improve this shopping experience a lot.
