Excellent customer service. I botched the order up and got the wrong finials on the curtain poles and also couldn't find matching holdbacks. Called up and spoke toa very friendly member of the customer support team. Managed to change the order with no issue. Also took the opportunity to ask about matching hold backs. The team member checked the stock and could see the holdbacks existed but hadn't been added to saleable stock as they were brand new. They called the warehouse and got them to pull them out and add them to my order. Will definately order from them again.
Amd since receiving the goods I can say the items are great quality

All my questions we're answered quickly. Very competitive price and good quality mower bought. Only bad point I have is the stock availability stated online. Even though it stated 'in stock' when I phoned to confirm it was actually out of stock. I then changed my mind and selected a better mower and again that was out of stock even tho it was stated in stock online. Would be good if they had a live stock level. Either way it still arrived very quickly.
