My friend and I travelled to Sri Lanka and Nemo did a great job talking us through possible itineraries and places to stay and putting together a lovely 12 day trip. Great hotels, all small and just what we wanted but definitely need to plan ahead as many of these properties are small. All hotels, from the "smartest" to the smallest were fantastic and our drive/guide was excellent. For a trip like this thoroughly recommend having the expertise and support from a great customer service business and Nemo really did a great job

Lovely quality napkins which although perfect for Christmas will also work at other times. The aubergine colour is perfect for my dining room

Ordered a Canadian goose down soft king size pillow for me (front sleeper) and medium for husband (side sleeeper). We have both had wonderful nights sleep since they arrived! Mine is beautifully soft but still supportive. It is hard to find king size down pillows (husband is feather allergic) at a not exorbitant price and I will be back to Cuddledown when I need new ones!

My Untitled in Motion dress is gorgeous and was worn to a party on Sunday. It is a long dress so at 5’5” ok for me with high block heels (it hits at my ankle) but if more petite it will be full length/need shortening. Will wear lots with boots in the winter

Dress ordered as soon as sale notification email came. Free delivery and a lovely 50% discount so nothing to lose (even tho i hadnt seen the dress or tried it on so was buying just hoping it would work). Arrived fairly promptly (not urgent for me so used free delivery) and its gorgeous! Worn yesterday for a party, brilliant! Many nice compliments, very cool as lovely cotton poplin so a great unplanned purchase

All books said to be in very good condition; think i would have said "good" rather than very good but one of the books difficult to find so i am happy with the price. One is an ex-library book - think i would like that to have been specified. Would definitely check WOB again for titles i am looking for
