Good price but slowish delivery

Ordered oil on 6th April - due for delivery by 22nd April. Phoned for progres update on 22nd and told delivery should have been on 18th but driver had an unspecified issue. Told they would phone back same day but they didn't. Phoned again today 23rd April and informed that delivery would be this afternoon Oil has now been deliverd. Good competitive price!

There is something strange going on here!

There is something strange going on here! I have been a Tomato Energy customer since 4.11.24. I gave an initial meter reading to the myWatts portal on 3.11.24 and a monthly reading on 3.12.24. I expected a bill to appear on the myWatts portal soon after this, but when it didn't I attempted to contact Tomato Energy. The contact number 0330 123 9540 shown on my contract is unobtainable! I found another contact number 01256 644064 on TE's website but when I phoned this I got played some music but no one answered. I then emailed them to ask when I was likely to get a bill but have had no reply. I have a feeling that this company may have ceased trading?!
It's 18th December now and still no bill!

Why no delivery option?

I ordered some paint online but I was not given the option of having it delivered. I therefore had to make a 25 mile round trip by car to pick it up from my nearest Toolstation shop.

Useless

I was not sent the item I ordered. I was sent an item I did not order which I have now returned and am awaiting a refund.

Difficult switch handled well

Green handled my switch from Eversmart Energy very well. During the switch Eversmart ceased trading and Utilita tried unilaterally to switch my electricity account to them. Green objected to this on my behalf and stopped the transfer to Utilita.

Meter readings wrongly recorded

I have been an electricity customer since September 2014. All went well till this summer when my meter stopped working. I reported this to the company who arranged to install a new meter. Unfortunately they recorded the closing reading on the old meter as the opening reading on the new meter! This was a month ago. Since then I have made phone calls, emailed pictures of my new meter, left numerous messages on my online account including at least two official complaints but still they won't correct the false reading on my account. I have now in desperation emailed the Chief Executive of the parent company of isupplyenergy to see if he can help! I do not recommend this company. I am moving my business elsewhere.
