I bought some sales items, but when I tried to checkout, the site somehow doubled my order and wouldn't take the coupon. The online chat helped, although I never was able to get the coupon code to work. Maybe the sale order was TOO small!

Some promo codes do have restrictions, such as a minimum purchase order before being to apply the code; however, I am again uncertain as to what the problem was with your case.
