This was my second order

This was my second order with this company. I was very satisfied with my first order and when I needed more replacement panes for my greenhouse I didn't hesitate to go back to The Plastic People. I feel both orders were dealt with efficiently and promptly - and there was no 'small order payment' applied to either order.

I love the range of cards

I love the range of cards. Orders are always despatched promptly. I got a free card with this order. I would love for more of the cards for adults to be available with an ethnic minority option.

Perspex panes for greenhouse

My order was delivered on due date. Parcel was well packaged. Contents are now fitted in my greenhouse roof. I will no doubt have to place repeat orders in future when more branches fall onto the remaining glass panes.

I love Helena's cards

I love Helena's cards. During various lockdowns she offered a range of cards which really hit the spot. I sent lots to friends I couldn't meet in person to let them know I was thinking of them. All my friends really appreciated them. The cards said what I wanted to say but better. Still buying Helena's cards post pandemic.

I have placed a number of orders so far…

I have placed a number of orders so far this year and on arrival all the plants have been in very good condition. The packaging the plants are delivered in is suitable to their individual needs. There is comprehensive information about each plant's cultivation on the website. I will continue to order from Thompson and Morgan.

My order was acknowledged promptly. The order was despatched very quickly and the fabric was cut straight, which is so important with a large pattern repeat. I would use this company again.

I think you judge a company by how they…

I think you judge a company by how they deal with customers when there is a problem with their order. I feel that this company uses its Customer Service dept to fob off anyone with a complaint until they give up and go away. Their system can't accept photos which would illustrate the problem. They ask for measurements of item and then ignore them. And 5 emails and 5 weeks later they trot out the same unhelpful information they did in their first email. I've only given them 1 star because it is Christmas, the season of goodwill!

I love this range of cards

I have placed several orders now and I have never been disappointed, either by the quality of the product or the quick delivery time. Already planning my next order for all the birthdays and events I have coming up over the next few months.

Ordering process was good and delivery…

Ordering process was good and delivery - next day - was great. I ordered 2 units and the first one I opened was fine. When I opened the second parcel I couldn't work out why the shelves weren't stable. Then I realised that the shelves had been secured in place on one side of the unit only. My heart sank at the thought of having to return this item and fortunately I found 2 bolts and 1 screw which I have used to hold the shelves in place. These aren't very expensive shelves but to have 3 bolts missing does pose a question about the quality of quality control and inspection!!!

I have awarded 5 stars for the quality…

I have awarded 5 stars for the quality of customer service - I was sent email confirmation of receipt of my order and another email when the order was despatched. The order was despatched promptly and arrived within just a few days of placing the order. The order was packed securely and the packaging was environmentally friendly. The items I ordered are intended for my granddaughter and grandsons' birthdays so I haven't removed individual items from their packaging. But they look to be of good quality and they are what I expected - they look like the photos on the website. Not cheap substitutions. I'm sure my grandchildren will get hours of enjoyment and their parents will hopefully get some peace.

I had problems placing my order online…

I had problems placing my order online and I emailed Vet-medic to explain what was happening. I was impressed by the speed with which they contacted me and the issue was resolved. This was a repeat order and it was despatched quickly and I received my order the next day. I will order from this company again.
