REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS

AVOID THIS ROGUE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

THEY AGREED, VERBALLY AND IN WRITING, TO A STRAIGHTFORWARD EXCHANGE OF DOORS THEN RENEGED. LEAVING A SIGHT IMPAIRED ELDERLY PERSON WITHOUT A SOUND DOOR AND WITH A TRIP HAZARD IN THEIR DINING ROOM.

STONEWALLED ON COMMUNICATION.

FINAL KLARNA PAYMENT IS BEING WITHHELD UNTIL/ UNLESS THE MATTER IS RESOLVED. REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS.

Dogs escaped

No notification of delivery so first attempt unsuccessful. Today, delivery guy opened gates and my dogs escaped despite me giving instructions when ordering to check that the dogs are secure. Again no notification today and not even a knock on the door. I don't care what prices you sell at, my dogs' safety comes first. Very poor.
