Service overall was good and quick, but after hearing the air fryer was broken, I found the customer service quite poor. Ordered burger & chips and the chips were not available so was offered rice or salad. Young child, very fussy, only really wanted the chips so opted for a burger on its own but at the same price. Asked if there was any reduction bearing in mind the meal deal was not being served as a meal deal but NO, nothing was given.

Khan was very helpful and went through all the options with me. The free hot drink went down a treat too!!

Very helpful staff. Helped me make the right choices and saved me money.
