Made my knees much easier, especially at night when it was so difficult to sleep with the pain.

Initial op was fine, but lenses need laser treatment. 6 weeks to wait for a 3 minute phone call then we have to go to Accrington. The original op done at Trafford Park. Totally unimpressed with that.

Very nice you man helped us choose the correct chair. Didn't have to wait around for someone to help us and he was very knowledgeable.

I got plenty of notice via email about when my delivery was coming. It was so easy to track the package and it was delivered on time. Driver was pleasant and friendly. Very pleasant company to deal with.

Parcel was delivered on time with an extremely pleasant and professional driver. Only concern was that the box was battered and falling apart. Fortunately nothing missing.

The trace my parcel told me where the parcel was and how many stops away it was and lo and behold it arrived exactly when expected. The driver knocked and was very pleasant upon delivery.

Started with Molly who was lovely, but she was on leave when I phoned back to book. She was full of information about the cruise, what butlers did for us, the restaurants on board, the islands we would visit etc. She even managed to give us an extra night. She was so friendly and informative she was a pleasure to speak to. If I was excited about the cruise beforehand I am even more so now.

When they couldn't deliver as agreed they phoned and agreed new date which was kept. No problems with them at all.
