Do not buy from Parker brand

The absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. They sent us a faulty item that broke during the second use- suggested sending a spare part for US to repair it ourselves even though I told them I am in a wheelchair and physically unable to dismantle and/or build anything- I bought the item ready made intentionally! I called them and they agreed as per their 2 year warranty that they would send me a brand new unit. The box arrived, and due to not having a need for it immediately i naively didn't open it until a few months later - to find they had indeed only sent the spare parts. I called them to apologise for the late notice but that they hadn't given us what they promised. Since then they have been utterly vile to communicate with and breached GDPR by refusing to disclose all data in a subject access request. They have lied about the phone call that took place despite us having evidence of the call record and a corresponding email confirming that they had satisfactorily resolved our issue over the phone. In the middle of the complaint correspondence after I notified them of our consumer rights and referred them back to their own 2 year warranty- they chose to close the case and block us from continuing correspondence. Do not touch this company! We will be taking legal action against them.

I don’t recommend anyone use this…

I don’t recommend anyone use this company if you are looking for a health professional with any kind of empathy or that cares about mental health. I also would have expected a psychiatrist to be handling my case rather than a nurse but there you go. He was completely invalidating and I left my 90 minute virtual assessment feeling completely alone and spiralling. My case is currently being escalated to the clinical lead however they didn’t even tell my original assessor this so now I have another follow up appointment with the same man I complained about! Make it make sense. Absolutely no internal communication. It is very telling that when you call them there is a separate department for private patients & NHS right to choose patients.. it makes you feel like they actually only take you seriously if you are paying!

Our service is predominantly nurse-led, with some GPs. All of our clinicians are fully qualified to assess, diagnose, and treat ADHD in line with national clinical guidelines. Our nurse prescribers bring significant expertise in neurodevelopmental care and work within robust clinical governance structures to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

To ensure focused and effective support, our service is structured into specialist pods covering Right to Choose (RTC), NHS, private, and paediatric pathways. This allows our teams to develope specific expertise and tailor systems to meet the unique needs of each group. However, we want to emphasise that this structure in no way differentiates or diminishes the quality of care any patient receives.

Regarding your follow-up appointment, we understand your concern. As the outcome of your initial assessment is currently pending further information, we generally recommend that the same clinician continues with your case to maintain consistency and continuity in care.

We take all feedback seriously and are committed to continuous improvement. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

easiest diet ever!

I love the new you plan. Fast results, affordable and simple to follow! 4 packs a day and the more water you drink the more weight you lose. It's literally as simple as that. And as for the secret slimmers Facebook group, they are all so incredible and supportive. I can't fault this diet. Perfect if you have a busy lifestyle.
