High quality products but bad online shopping experience!

Ordered tyres and got these delivered within 10 days, good price and received what i ordered. Very happy with tyres!

However, pathetic online shop and worst online order experience as mentioned by many here. I wonder why they don’t improve online experience when they have good products..

So many contacts details given online are unreachable. The track & trace given is problematic and was not delivered on first date. Had to reachout to customer service who helped me getting delivery.

Kudos

Iast 3 parcels i received in months of dec-jan, very well in shape and delivered to my door in due time driver was quite friendly too, i was kept well informed about the status.
I have used postnord earlier as well and service has definitely improved. Kudos

Package was delayed

Package was delayed -
When arrived it was left to pickup point which i never said. For delivery i mentioned a pickup point ( affiliated with postnord), while tracking the parcel the delivery address was same
Suddenly out of the blue it was left to another pickup shop...
It was a watch and package was badly damaged and loose from corners, looked it it was already opened..

Quick and does the job

Quick and does the job very well. Only downside is language. Even after choosing english a large part stays in danish
