Great Support from Koinly

Carl from Koinly was very prompt and efficient in resolving the issue I had selecting the wrong tax plan for 2024. The plan was changed and I was refunded quickly within a few days. Much appreciated!

Emerald Wow Factor 10!

Always enjoy doing business with GemsNY! This recent experience was no different. I was picking out an emerald for myself and was having a tough time making a decision. Joseph and Vishal showed me various stones, gave their expert opinions helping me to make the right choice. I received the emerald ring and was so impressed. Thank You Figure

The folks we dealt from Figure were courteous, helpful, and patient. There was a little more involved with the online virtual loan contracts. I was able to instruct my wife properly with the iPhone setup procedure after I had been instructed by the first Figure Rep. I was having some issues with connectivity and Christian had to start over several times to complete the process. The Figure staff we dealt with were very efficient and patient. Much appreciated!

Pink Sapphire Ring

Wonderful experience recently working with Caitlyn and the Natural Sapphire Co. We recently received a vintage platinum diamond ring given to my wife from my mother. However, it was in need of a center stone. I wasn't sure if this could be done, but asked Caitlyn if they could take the ring, polish it, and put a pink sapphire of my choosing in it. Much to my surprise Cailyn agreed and guided me through the process. The ring was totally revitalized, and beautiful with the radiant cut pink sapphire from Ceylon. We want to express our sincere gratitude to Caitlyn, Jimmy, Su Su, and the entire staff at the Natural Sapphire Co. for their dedication and efforts. This ring meant so much to us as a remembrance to my mother.
