Stopped by to pick up some items for this weekend and picked up a tarp.

Got to the till and the price on the till was different to the shelf. Jack and Tamzin were great, they double checked the shelf and the item. The tarp/product had been updated/improved and also had a new price, but the ticket hadn’t been changed.

Tamzin was unable to override the price to the shelf price, as it is a different product but gave me a 20% discount on the item as a way of compromise, very much appreciated as it was near to the price I had seen on the shelf ticket.

Love my armchair. The AR view was really helpful in making my decision in where to place my chair and the colour choice too.

The chair is comfy and the fabric feels soft and luxurious.

Made was easy to order from and delivery by BJS was great too!

Website was great, clear and easy to use as I was using my phone to browse through the products.

Email updates were great too, notified me when they had received my order, processed and dispactched.

I would recommend OutdoorGB to others.
