I visited the store on 3 occasions to find my perfect suite. The assistants were amazing each time and especially when I finally made my choice. Nothing was too much bother for her even helping me colour match to other furniture I have. It was a fabulous shopping experience and so helpful and even having a laugh at my 'silly' questions. The manager also outstanding.

Apart from the fact these are amazing quality cocktails which I've ordered a few times now for myself and gifts my last delivery arrived damaged, but one quick email to the company resulted in a prompt reply and replacement arrived 3 days later. First class service. Give them a try . Fantastic

I had tasted these in Milan and bought them as gift. It was so easy to place my order. I had to contact re delivery and the company answered immediately and kept in touch till delivery company arrived. Amazing help and assistance. I will definitely be buying more

While the wallpaper is a fair price and good quality and I do like it, the company would not post 2 rolls to this area. I had to have them delivered to a friends address and travel 200 miles to collect . I live in one of scotlands cities on mainland not one of the islands which I would understand.

Apart from fact that I love the item I only ordered on 2nd January and it arrived from South England to scottish highlands on 9th. Amazing.
A lot of companies don't deliver here so outstanding service with small delivery charge. Delivery company they use too were super and kept in touch. Great correspondence from start to finish.

Fab service. Great choice and quick n easy to order. Also great communication and given a delivery time which was a real benefit for my friend who the food was for. Complicated delivery delays, however, thanks to Yasmin, who tracked my order, and for the prompt actions of Dale the installer, my shutters are now in situ and look great. Hillary’s also compensated me for the delay and my out of pocket expenses. Problems occur in life but it’s how those problems are handled that make the difference, hence my 5 star review.

Had no idea what to buy for a 50th present for someone - this site was recommended to me and I just loved their ideas - no wonder it has the name. I travel from the Highlands down to Pagazzi Braehead every time I am looking for something different - whether it is lamps, lights, pictures or mirrors and I am NEVER disappointed. Just love it - huge display - reasonable prices and excellent staff. Everyone must visit.
