Very poor initial service
I submitted meter readings, but still kept receiving reminders to submit meter readings. When I tried to phone, I waited over 35 minutes in the queue, with no facility for a callback. A very bad introduction to my new supplier.

Cotswold are impressive. Quality products, sold by nice people and delivered on time by helpful delivery drivers. Everything is beautifully packed, so no damage at all on our 14 items - some of them quite large and difficult to transport. A quality company all round.
