Very good communication throughout

It was great that I had a 30 days to exchange my item if I felt it wasn’t suitable to my needs.
It was also great that Wex staff communicated wonderfully throughout in order to rectify issues and concerns I had - in store and over the phone.

Rudy’s Pizza restaurant is our first choice.

Currently at Rudy’s Pizza restaurant in Newcastle - about to leave! We have had three superb pizzas, drinks, olives (good quality green ones), and two side dishes of crisps (for waiting- though not long). We have really enjoyed ourselves, the place is buzzing and the atmosphere is electric! We were served by David and Joe and each were polite and friendly throughout - it’s great service that makes a difference and that difference is certainly noticeable here- Keep it up everyone- we will be back!
Ps… check out the toilets!!!!

Sportpursuit is always easy to use

I find Sportpursuit always easy to navigate to find what item it is I am looking for.
Sometimes you find an item but they don’t have your size - but hey don’t worry check again I a week or two time and there’s a good chance your item will be back in stock!
I have bought plenty from Sportpursuit and will continue to support the site.

Wanted a broad fitting shoe, but it was not!

The item was described as being of broad fitting; it wasn’t.
The sole/tread of the shoe was broad but the material that formed the shoe was not; in fact the design of the shoe prevented proper movement of my foot making it too tight.
The design needs a re think.That is a shame because overall the shoe exuded quality.
Unfortunately I cannot order other shoes from inov8, which I would like to, for fear of a similar problem.
I hope inov8 look into this.

I shall add to this as inov-8 have replied below.
The size I ordered was half a size greater than I normally would order for a shoe of this kind.
The problem I see is that though you may have used a size 5 last, the design and type of material used does not flex enough to allow natural spread of the foot, it is pulled too tight in.
There is direct evidence to this because the tongue opening cannot open further, than the norm, by slackening the laces.
As I say the design needs a re think.

We're sorry you were not satisfied with the fit of your new Rocfly G 350 shoes. We do have some fantastic feedback for the fit and feel of this product, so it is disappointing to hear you have not had the same experience.

All of our products have their own specific width fit graded from a one as the closest, the Rocfly G 350's are graded as a five so are built on our widest last.

Some customer feedback we have received does suggest going up half a size can help when a product is too narrow. If you would like to try a half or even a full size up please do let the customer care team know on enquiries@inov-8.com.

A super holiday experience.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Corfu with Jet2holidays. The whole process from initial booking and up to our eventual return was smooth, because we used Jet2holidays app that enabled us to be kept informed of any changes to flight times and the necessary regulations we needed to undertake prior to leaving or returning: in our opinion it is a ‘must have’!
Jet2holidays staff at all airports have been pleasant and have been happy to make light conversation at times (this for certain has made our holiday flights a little more relaxing).
They clearly always try their best!
My wife and I have mulled over whether their were any negatives regarding the service we received and we have come up with none! Thus all we can say is well done Jet2holidays, you should be extraordinarily proud of your staff and your achievements through these difficult times.

TREDZ is great... but let down by their courier TNT.

To be honest the actual bike buying experience has been great with Tredz. Not a problem at all. In fact I would have given them 5 stars BUT.....
My biggest gripe is that they use TNT as their courier and considering i bought a new bike (over £1000) from them you would have thought that i would have to sign for the item and as what happened in my case..the bike was left with a neighbour, as i had to quickly go out, after staying in most of the day, they didn’t even have the decency to post a card through my door to say where the bike was. So believing they had failed to deliver i was obviously dissapointed! TNT’s tracking system is also pointless as you have no indication of where it is, other than in a van or what approximate time, morn or aft it will be delivered. It could be anytime on the day.
So to cap TREDZ is great but disappointedly let down by their courier.

The majority of deliveries with this courier are made efficiently and successfully with no issues so I'm sorry that this wasn't the case for you. We do consistently keep in contact with the couriers we use and provide them with feedback on a regular basis to ensure we help them improve their service to our customers.
