Only rated a 1 because there isn't lower. Drugs for the dog are expensive(£400) and having paid even more for expedited delivery to make sure they arrived in time the delivery then disappeared into the royal mail ether, customer service from viovet was extremely poor, basically told tough, cant do anything until its 10 days late, despite spending extra to get it in time. We'll go back to pet drugs online and wouldn't advise anyone to pay extra for delivery or frankly use their customer service at all...

Had my first experience of Dropless today, Kevin Grey spent a good amount of time on the car, showed an attention to detail and left me very happy with the shining exterior and the interior clean and well finished.
Kevin was friendly and polite, and did an extremely professional job.

Similar story to many here - awaiting a refund but they don’t respond, won’t answer calls or respond to emails. DO NOT BOOK with these con artists. Having to resort to legal action against them.
