Good Value For Money But Poor After Sales Service
I recently bought a petrol chainsaw and you will struggle to get better value for money anywhere. The delivery by DPD was first class and the product arrived within two days of ordering.
What let’s this company down is it’s after sales service. I already have a Parkerbrand chainsaw which requires a replacement recoil starter. To save on postage costs I wanted to order it at the same time but alas it is out of stock. When I telephoned their sales was advised that the part wouldn’t be restocked for another 3-4 weeks. This is the third time in two years that I have tried to order a replacement part only to be told it is out of stock.
