I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company. I bought this a Christmas tree because it said next day delivery, which I thought was great as I needed it the next day. I waited in from 8am-6pm and it never arrived. So sadly I had to go out at 6pm that night and buy a tree for our event that evening. I waited in the next day from 8am-6pm whilst also contacting Carbeth Plants, who said that I just had to wait and there was nothing they could do. 5 days later and it still hasn't been delivered and what's more DX Express even lied and said they turned up and put a note through the door, which is not true as we have a camera. Carbeth Plants refuses to refund me, and I have wasted all this time and never got my tree. BE WARNED

I bought an advent calendar from Vouge Collection, online, and decided an hour later to cancel this. After 20 emails and 5 calls, I still have had no response and no refund. This company is owned by Conde Nast Publications Ltd and they have stolen my money. Do not purchase.

This never arrived. It’s a scam. DO NOT BUY!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. No tracking no receipt. I ordered this 2 months ago. It’s a scam.

This company is a scam. The items look nothing like the photos. When you ask for a refund they refuse saying that you need to return to the US but that would cost to much so they advise you to keep the items and offer 20% refund. I returned the items to the UK address they were shipped from and sent them tracked and signed for but they won’t refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company does not refund your returns, be aware. They claim not to have received the return saying that customs didn't allow the item to be returned, and then keep your money

My daughter ordered some jeans that did not fit, so she followed the process to return them. After waiting for weeks for her money to be returned she made up some story saying that they could not take them back (despite her paying £25 and having tracking) because she hadn't included a commercial invoice. This is a scam. They have pretended to return them to her but have not and have used it as a way to steal her money. Be warned and do not buy from this company!

It took ages for someone to contact me about installing my shed and when they did eventually they came and fitted it. When it was installed and I was asked to sign it off, I noticed a gap between the roof and the wall, and asked them to rectify it. They said they couldn't as the roof felt had already been fitted. It now leaks, no-one responded to my emails for a while and meanwhile the shed is unusable. Now they have got back to me saying it leaks because we haven't sealed it and therefore they can't guarantee it. We have now sealed it and It still leaks of course, because there are gaps!

Absolutely appalling! My daughter had booked in here for her wedding and had been to see someone for two visits prior to the day to discuss her nails and have a treatment. The day before her wedding, an hour before her appointment they rang and said no one could do her nails. No offer of apology or help to find someone else. Not what you want the day before your wedding when it is too late to book anywhere else! They were also incredibly rude!

I had the most incredible service from Gigaclear, and they bent over backwards to get it up and running before my daughter's wedding. The engineers were polite and helpful and the nodes are incredibly easy to install. The wifi is next level and I am so so glad to waited to sign up with Gigaclear as it was well worth it!

The package arrived with the packaging ripped and broken and the fabric underneath damaged and marked. Not good!
