A loyal customer with Liberty for many years, the switch over to Red Click from the off was absolutely awful. The attitude was of constant threats, which after my time with Liberty was quite disgusting. I was in the mind of making a change given this attitude. The final straw came when out of the blue they informed me that my policy would increase by somewhere in the region of 40%, for some made up reasons. I now see that is a common thread. They seem to make up the law as they go along. It comes across as a scam
Do yourself a favor, stay well clear, the customer service is an absolutely disgrace.
And Redclick can spare me the "We're sorry to hear about your experience..." which will follow this, because quite frankly, you are not sorry.
This company is a joke and I now have arranged new insurance with a company who seem to actually understand customer service.
