I had a voucher for about a year and finally decided to use it, even thought it might have expired I had it so long, made a couple of purchases and everything went smooth, fast with tracking and I was kept updated on all stages on shipping.

A constant bombardment of various types of phising and scam emails of various guises, yet all come from this shower after I have done some research with my domain provider, now I have them blacklisted, would advise everyone to do the same, and most certainly NO NOT entertain them or consider using them

A loyal customer with Liberty for many years, the switch over to Red Click from the off was absolutely awful. The attitude was of constant threats, which after my time with Liberty was quite disgusting. I was in the mind of making a change given this attitude. The final straw came when out of the blue they informed me that my policy would increase by somewhere in the region of 40%, for some made up reasons. I now see that is a common thread. They seem to make up the law as they go along. It comes across as a scam

Do yourself a favor, stay well clear, the customer service is an absolutely disgrace.

And Redclick can spare me the "We're sorry to hear about your experience..." which will follow this, because quite frankly, you are not sorry.

This company is a joke and I now have arranged new insurance with a company who seem to actually understand customer service.

My account was hacked and despite trying daily for several months to recover it is impossible to get it back, funny, hackers run riot on the platform with impunity, and the actual owner of a page can't even recover their page? An absolute disgrace, it was a better platform and better experience before Facebook, or "meta", or whatever they call themselves these days took over

An absolute shambles of a business, clearly inept at fixing problems that they caused themselves, tech support is nonexistent, steer clear, I cannot stress this enough.

They do absolutely nothing and continue to take money, a one month sweep at $19.99 was turned into yearly $99.99 subscription, yet they could not furnish me with details to where I agreed with this, but there was none because I would just not agree to that, con job, disgraceful company with a rotten reputation, stay well away, be wary.

I had been looking for additional units for my record collection for a fair bit, and nothing was coming up at a reason price or quality, I found Sounddesks as their storage units were on a list of 27 LP Storage Solutions, called on Tuesday and they were in my home in Ireland a week later, very happy, super units, well made, great service.
