Revise ordering process

The company's ordering system needs a review. Scanned table QR, immediately picked up correct location, by time received the receipt, order had been redirected to different location. Company excuse is they cant do anything about it. If you cant get the system correct, don't step into the 21st century.

Review of The Wealth Ambassadors - Make Money Trading

Person first, trading follows

The overall objective is different from the many other courses I've been, where the focus is only on strategy. Here it was about the acknowledgement that not only are people different from each other, there is no one strategy fits all approach, goal to find the best fit between the two. The delivery was smooth and clear with each section that was covered.

Family Doctor Appeal

I've been using Doctap for a number of years now and I cannot fault the service that is provided. Appointments are readily available any day of the week across several locations. Though the option is available to see any doctor, I found that using the same doctor, special shout out to Dr Lakshmi Kumar, who makes you feel that what matters to you, matters to her. Thanks for the great service.

Help BOT versus Human

Like most companies initial contact was with a BOT, which wasn't of much help, but option to speak to a person, Daniel, was made available sooner rather than later. He was able to answer my query to my satisfaction.

Service Excellence

To date whenever I have needed support, there is always a person on the other side that you can interact with and they stay with you until the issue has been resolved, rather than simply redirecting it back to you as user error. If nothing else, a very good reason to stay with Oanda, if only for their excellent Customer Service!!

Happy with Piano, not delivery

I am more than happy with the Stage piano (model SDP-3) that I purchased from Gear. As an absolute beginner, there are many months/years ahead to get acquinted with it.

My only critism would be with regards to delivery charges. As I live on 3rd floor apartment, with no lift, I called and spoke to a support person about what delivery options are available, in these circumstances. For carrying the piano up 2 flights, they wanted to charge me the equivalent of the piano's price. As I really wanted it, I made alternate arrangements to get it up to my flat.

Found the site very easy to use. The initial communication with the tutors was straight forward, lessons and payment process works well. In particular like the reminders, which are not excessive, but we'll timed.
