Shambolic service/No communication
Have had about 8 Sainsbury’s grocery deliveries during lockdown (& have been fairly impressed - as my hubby is more a fan, I actually prefer Waitrose or Ocado).
However the past two deliveries have been awful - there were at least two bags missing from the previous one - & the one due last night didn’t even turn up!! Have been on the phone around 80-90 minutes in total.
Now asked for a refund - as I still got charged for ‘air’!
Got so fed up being kept in the dark - & when you do manage to speak to someone, there’s no follow-up or resolution.
Pretty poor service, lack of communication & I’m out of pocket to boot!
I appreciate the call centre is separate to the despatch centre/store, so they seemed to be in the dark too (else they’re ‘fob-off’ experts)!
I have now refused to have anything else to do with this company, so my vulnerable hubby has had to go shopping (as he’s just been re-furloughed & I am a key worker, who can get very little time off at present).
I am so disappointed, as earlier deliveries were making me finally warm to this company!
Well they soon put paid to that, nice one - Shames-burys!!
**The delivery has just turned up - over 24 hours later!**
Don’t their people talk to each other?!
We’ve sent it away, as it’s all duplicates of what we’ve had to source earlier today (having being given no idea as to whether or not the original order exists!!)
