poor support

I have had a pets best policy for only a few months and when my sweet kitty needed surgery I tried to connect with them to make sure it was covered. I’ve tried chatting, leaving them email messages, and tried calling and have not once spoken to a real person for help. It is interfering with my ability to make big decisions about my animal that I care for. Very frustrating. I will keep trying, but I will be cancelling soon if I can’t speak to someone.

I ordered some stuff on the 12th of …

I ordered some stuff on the 12th of August for my boyfriend whose birthday is early September. We love the brand and the quality is amazing. I was freaking out because I never received a shipping confirmation that the order had been shipped. Seven days passed and I sent them an email wondering why my stuff had not been shipped out yet, they responded very quickly to assure me my order had been sent out and mistakenly a confirmation email had never been sent. James with costumer service sent me my tracking information and my crisis was averted.
