Unsatisfactory service

Parcels continuously left available in plain sight for anybody to help themselves to when nobody is home. Complained numerous times and it still keeps happening.

Delivery was excellent

Delivery was excellent. I was kept upto date with the time my suite would be delivered. It was delivered with care and the drivers were very respectful of my property and helpful by removing the light shade and pictures from the wall so they were not damaged. Excellent service. Well done D Hagan and S Ditch.

I visited the Portrack Lane store twice and both times the staff who assisted me (Chris & Stuart) were very friendly and very helpful. Everything was explained well and clearly during the ordering process. Highly recommended.

I ordered a dress for my niece a few…

I ordered a dress for my niece a few months ago and had no complaints. It was a good price and good quality and arrived very quickly. In March I ordered 2 suits for my nephew as I wasn’t sure of which colour would match other suits for a wedding. They again arrived very quickly and were a good price. The issue came after returning one of the suits for a refund. Basically they acknowledged the return and said I would receive the refund within 3 days once the returned item had been quality checked. There was nothing wrong with it as it hadn’t even been taken out of its wrapper as it was the wrong colour. I’m still waiting for the refund 14 days later and despite 2 email enquiries to them I’ve not had a reply. Will not use this company again.

My order was received very quickly and …

My order was received very quickly and was of good quality and as I had asked for. However I wasn't very happy with the way it was packaged. It arrived in a cardboard envelope which wasn't very strong and was too big for the contents which meant the cards rattled around freely inside causing a couple of the corners to be bent. Also the cardboard envelope was all bent and battered.
