Disappointed by colour

I saw this sweatshirt in the local branch in a beautiful pale pink colour but they didn’t have my size so I ordered it online but was very disappointed because it wasn’t a lovely pale pink that I was expecting. It was more of a Maroon rose pink so
Very disappointed. The the sweatshirt was well worth the money and seem to be good quality. I was just disappointed in the colour.

A Christmas bonus is definitely in order 😀

Well I did find it overwhelming trying to imagine different pieces of furniture in different colours as obviously you didn’t have the full range of everything but the assistant that served me (Jennie) really couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant and really did go the extra mile. She made the whole thing a lot easier. Hopefully the delivery will go as well.

Recommendation free m dsughter

Apart from a lengthy wait to get through ok but I still couldn’t get it to be understood that I was moving into the property. I am still a bit confused as to when I will paying the electric. I do not move in until the 7th March. Someone else is in there at the moment but it is still showing 27 th Feb as the start date

Kind and courteous always counts.

Chris and Will dealt with my sale and were always kind, efficient and courteous. They also understood what a big and difficult thing this was for me as it had been our family home for a very, very long time. They were very approachable and kept me and the purchaser informed at all times.They were easy to contact but if not available I could always rely on them to return my call.

Lovely young man

Lovely young man. Cheerful and polite but boy did he speak quickly. I found it hard to keep up with him. I explained that it was a Christmas present but already I am being charged by 02 and still
By ID which doesn’t seem right to me. The details give a completely different number to the one that we want to keep. I did say that we wanted to keep the number so now have to work out how to get the right number on the phone. Another job to do for me. Can’t off hand remember the exact date required below.
