Very quick follow up to initial enquiry. Good discussion with sales rep who covered all options and styles and worked with us to get a good outcome. Sensible discussion on cost and a price agreed. Follow up from the team was excellent and the surveyor was thorough and profession even in a downpour. Canopy was installed in less than 1 day by very friendly and helpful installers and the whole install went without any problems. Happy to unreservedly recommend this company.

Andy who tailor made our holiday for us was brilliant. Such a lovely guy and very knowledgable and patient with us. We were so impressed with the itinerary he put together for us taking into account the brief we’d given him.

We had the most fantastic experience at Designer Sofas in Reading. Each time we went to visit we were welcomed warmly by each staff member. We dealt with Sam who was so pleasant, helpful and courteous right from the beginning. He couldn’t do enough to help us make our experience of buying new furniture as straightforward and enjoyable as possible. He kept in touch with us, even telephoning us to check in on the progress of our house purchase and to ensure we had all the information we needed. On the day we placed our order he arranged an appointment for us and was extremely patient, knowledgeable and very flexible on options and pricing. He also makes an amazing coffee! Our experience was nothing short of first class and we can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for us.

Lovely farmhouse with parking for one car outside and plentiful parking in nearby car park. Excellent facilities and lovely large kitchen, dining and seating area with television. Heated indoor pool and play area suitable for children up to around 10 years old. For older children and adult adults there is a games room. Close by to lovely beaches and various family activities. Beautiful views.

Excellent customer service and speedy delivery!

I really feel disappointed with the lipsticks that I ordered. I feel like the colours online and the description do not match in anyway the colours that I received. Even the colour on the end of the lipstick packaging is completely different to the colour of the lipstick. I feel very letdown and like I’ve wasted my money. Please do better Nars

Fabulous villa with a gorgeous pool and outside area where we spent most of our time. Great location as within easy walking distance of a small but very well stocked supermarket and a fab Italian. There is also an area with plenty of little shops and restaurants. We were a little surprised that the villa didn’t have any hand soap in the bathrooms as it was quite expensive to rent. Kitchen well equipped - needs a little more equipment like a garlic crusher! It lost a star for the following reasons:-

One of the knives in the block has a broken handle. None of the clocks were set to the right time as they’d run out of batteries. There is only one oven shelf in the oven so cooking more that one item is tricky.

The villa was very clean with nice fluffy towels and excellent air con. We will be back.

The driver left our parcel from Majestic Wine in the middle of our drive. The parcel was full of wine so therefore heavy. I had an email later to say that it had been left in our enclosed porch as I requested, but this was simply not correct. Why the driver decided to leave the parcel in the middle of our drive I have no idea. Luckily my husband was at home to lift the parcel into the house for me as it was very heavy. Very disappointing customer service from yodel on this occasion.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from you and I’m always disappointed with the quality. The blouses crease easily, the wrap skirts don’t wrap like they do on the demo video. The clothes look great on the website but unless you’ve got someone who knows how to tie them in the different styles then they don’t look good. Very disappointing.

Excellent and so pleased with my purchases. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that I had to wait a few weeks for my necklace to arrive and that delay was not apparent at the time of ordering.

Excellent and efficient customer service when I had an issue with my return going missing. So helpful and refunded the money back into my account without any quibble. The sequin bomber jacket that I sent back was very small for an XL. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THE JACKET IS TOO SMALL, AND I FELT IT WOULD BE MUCH BETTER IF IT HAD SOME STRETCHING IT SO THAT IT WAS MORE FORGIVING. I RELUCTANTLY RETURNED IT, BUT I WOULD’VE LOVED TO HAVE KEPT IT IF IT FITTED.

Returned my item over a week ago and I’ve heard nothing from dusk at all. I’ve had to send two emails and I’ve and I’ve not had a reply from either of them. I have purchased dusk products in the past which have been absolutely excellent so I’m very disappointed with this very poor level of customer service. It will definitely put me off ordering anything again, just in case I have to return it because I’ve had such a bad experience with my return.

The Warren was very clean, spacious and tidy. Very well equipped, the kitchen had a large table to sit round. There are plenty of crockery and cutlery items plus cookware. There is also ground coffee machine and a cafetiere which we were delighted with! The beach is literally a stones throw away and it’s so easy to get to. The beach is absolutely stunning And it was amazing to be able to walk on the beach each day. The cottage complex is lovely, there is a playpark for children and a games room with pool table and TV. We had family and friends staying at other cottages within the complex and compared to them the Warren is a little dated with its furnishings.

It has carpet rather than wooden floors and I think when we return again we will probably book one of the more modern cottages. The owner was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. We will return as it’s an amazing part of the world and it’s absolutely stunning. There is a pub within walking distance serving delicious food and there are other restaurants and pubs in the area a car ride away. It’s an ideal location for exploring that part of Northumberland.

The villa is amazing! Immaculately clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. Beds really comfy, white fluffy bathroom towels and pool towels provided. The kitchen is really well equipped, very easy to prepare meals and plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. Large fridge/freezer. The outside area is gorgeous. Big pool, comfy loungers and plenty of parasols. The outside furniture is really nice. The villa was cleaned half way through the week, towels and bedding changed. A pool man and gardener arrived regularly. The villa is a short walk from a small supermarket. A little square with various restaurants and an ice cream parlour. In the little square there was a little carousel and a couple of rides for small children. Supermarkets nearby like Aldi and Lidl. Falesia beach is beautiful however there about 200 steps down to the beach and it’s not suitable for small children. I would highly recommend Villa Falesis Blue and we will definitely return. The local Villa plus team were extremely helpful as we had an issue with the air-conditioning and they did everything I could to get it rectified for us. Thank you villa plus!
