I love againfaster!

Great service! Delivered some plates last minute and still managed to sort next day delivery. Girls in the office were excellent! Very happy with the service and the products. Thanks guys!

Very very poor experience!

Very very poor experience!

My kitchen was delivered on Wednesday the 13th September so in preparation I took the day off work and ripped the existing kitchen out ready for the new arrival.

However when the kitchen turned up, the delivery guys told me that they did not have the worktops and that these would come at a later date. This was the first time that I had been made aware of this, bearing in mind the kitchen had been on order for many weeks.

I rang the Wickes kitchen customer service and they seemed confused to hear of this and were unsure at the time when the worktops would be delivered. After being put on hold for quite a while I was finally given a new delivery date, the 20th September.

On Friday 15th September I received a text message from Wickes Confirming the delivery slot and then again on Tuesday the 19th stating a time frame between 07:00-11:00.

Finally the new delivery date had arrived, my wife took the day off work to ensure that someone was home to accept the order and at 10:41 I received a call from Wickes. The woman from the kitchen and bathrooms customer service team regrettably informed me that the worktops weren’t in stock and that It would be at least another week for delivery.

What a complete and utter shambles!

After a few phone calls back and fourth with customer service a new delivery date of Friday the 22nd was plucked from thin air. No promise of a time yet though and still even the advisor on the phone sounds sceptical about the new date.

So where does this leave me? Do I wait a few days or even another week for yet another half-arsed promise of a delivery date? Do I cancel the order and try and source the product from somewhere else at such short notice when I have booked kitchen fitters for this Saturday?

Not exactly what you expect from such a large company especially when you fork out over £6000.

Thoroughly disappointed!
