We are out on our Christmas do, we’re in bury st Edmund’s and sat at table 37, the staff cleared the table while two of us were in deep conversation and took the pitcher that was half full of Blue Lagoon, when we approached the bar staff and mentioned this they refused to replace what was taken unfairly. The bar staff were none unapologetic. 😡
