What a great shop! We made an appointment to visit and had excellent help and advice. It was worth the nearly two hour trip and we will definitely shop here again.
Delivery was as promised and we are over the moon with our riser recliner and matching kitchen worktop stools.
The delivery drivers were amazing! Unfortunately, we hadn’t moved one of the cars which effectively resulted in them having to lift the deliver up and over the car to even get it to the front door. They took time and effort to make sure we were happy with the set up and cleared away very well. We wish we could have done something more than just this review to express our thanks. They are a credit to Furniture Village
Very speedy delivery and one of our cats was in it as soon as we unwrapped it! Appears to be very strong and resistant to enthusiastic scratching 🤣

We love our DPD driver! Most couriers don’t even bother trying to find our house, but he always rings the buzzer, waits for me to come to the door and brings any heavy parcels inside as I can’t manage. He smiles, he remembers us and he’s altogether a top guy. This is what home delivery should be like.
Really quick delivery following my order. Well packaged to protect the contents and the lowest price for this particular item when I checked. The order process, including prescription upload was straight forward too

Very easy to order and delivery date offered was very quick Mattress is comfortable but dropped a star as the zip together mattresses are not aligned when zipped together

Great prices and had exactly what I needed. I did need to make a call to check dosage as box and website were different. It took a while to get to the answer which lowered my trust a little
A reasonable choice bearing in mind our semi rural location. Easy to use the app and the food we’ve had has been pretty good too. I recommend to lots of people as it’s much better than other similar food waste services
I phoned to renew policy with a couple of medical changes. I felt that the advisor could be trained to recognise common medical conditions so that I didn’t have to spell them for her or explain what they are. I think the wait times need to be reduced as I was on the phone for 51 minutes, most of which was waiting for an answer. The advisor could have listened more carefully so that I didn’t have to repeat myself
