Absolutely beautiful flowers that look real than other top brands I have purchased from which were no where near this quality. Another added bonus is the ceramic pot that certainly adds that extra touch to this stunning piece of high quality. Highly recommended!

At first location was not a problem but the type in and barcode detection system was a little difficult to understand as barcode refused to work and when it did work there were no larger compartments to place the item into and I had to find another location which was inconvenient for me.

Poor quality washing machine and very poor customer service

I feel this service doesn’t always fulfil promises in returning items as there can be only one option to collect and no other options available. I have had to call customer service and the agent was very helpful and advised to go to another InPost location .

Whilst most companies offer free delivery and returns. House of Fraser are adamant to charge fees of £4.99 for delivery and the same charge again, should you happen to want to return. If online items cannot be tried on or inspected for their quality and appearance then there should be no return costs being applied onto the customer as the product has not been physically checked by the customer but seen visually then there should be no delivery costs being applied. A lot of big named businesses have been closed down due to poor sales it won’t surprise if the way delivery fees are being applied then there is very little hope for this also to remain in the long term.

Fast waiting time and assistance was very helpful

I initially called Appliances Direct to enquire about purchasing the Samsung 32litre microwave oven. My enquiry was handled with great care and consideration and they offered next day delivery. The microwave arrived early next day so happy with the efficiency in processing the order and delivery. Would highly recommend!

Requested a sample for an exterior floor tile, it was delivered quickly. Sample doesn’t show true colours/pattern and would help if the sample was slightly bigger so to determine what the actual pattern or colour looks like.

Purchased a gold tray from Arighi Bianchi online, was delivered extremely quick and was well packaged, the product itself was beautiful!

Bought a few items from Arighi Bianchi including nesting tables, coasters, marble tray, set of crystal glasses. All items are of high quality and customer service is exceptional, staff are very helpful and take their time out to sort your problem out.

Have not fitted the tap yet, but seems a good and decent quality as opposed to other ones used in the past.

It’s the first time I have purchased these GHD straighteners. Although I have not used them but my daughter has and said they are the best straighteners and are much better then other brands and do not leave hair static like other brands generally do. I have given 4 stars as there is no temperature control button but overall it’s fantastic and I would highly recommend this!

However, need to provide a free delivery option for standard delivery times as £4.99 is too much for a service that takes between 4-5 working days, it’s understandable to charge such postage fees if you are expecting to have goods within a day or two. Otherwise, please remove these fees for your standard delivery service as other retailers don’t charge but depends on the value of the order but with House of Fraser it doesn’t matter how big or small the order is, there is yet another fee on top.
