This was supposed to be my first order, but will be my last for sure
This was supposed to be my first order, and I was excited to get a nice variety of produce. However, my Saturday delivery was a NO SHOW. I got an email that there was a shipping delay. Tried to contact customer service BUT THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, just an email into the void. OK, box is scheduled for Sunday. WHOOPS, the sunday box was a NO SHOW. I got an email that there was a shipping delay, with a tracking number. Clicked the tracking number, WHOOPS there is no record of my order. You would think I could contact customer service, but remember THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No reply to my emails. No food . CREDIT CARD FRAUD?

The power of reporting to one's credit card! just got a full refund of my money. Relieved to not be paying for nothing, sad I have no produce for the week.
